OK heres what our state does now for hobbist plates we have to apply and send pictures of all sides of our car including interior ok But it takes 6 to 10 weeks to get the plates and we cannot drive the car untill we get the plates. So if you are building a car it makes it tough to get pictures of the complete car to send in for the plates so there might be some summer left to drive it if you catch my drift.
