Been researching for weeks for an OE replacement cloth split bench seat for my 72 Cutlass S in Sandalwood. Trim code is 954 if that helps at all. Figured I'd try and see if anyone knew of somewhere I could get my hands on one. Debating to going all vinyl Sandalwood but, was really trying to keep the car as original as possible.

 

My friend has a '71 Cutlass 'S' with a cloth bench seat and cannot find material to recover the seats. May have to go to vinyl, but like you, rather keep the unique cloth interior.

 

There is a place i found called SMS Auto Fabrics but, i believe they only supply the fabric not the entire seat cover replacement. It may be something I look further into in the near future.

 

Thanks for the information, I will pass it on to my friend. Getting the cloth material made into seat covers might be cost prohibitive.

 

My 72 Cutlass S had cloth bench seats. The cloth was so smooth and slick you could make a hard right turn and slide your girl right over next to you!!! Seat belts were optional in those days.
