1970 Cutlass w/bench seatbelt routing

I've got a '70 Supreme convertible with an arm-rest bench going back together after being apart for a while and having non-original seats in it when I got it. Can someone help me with the routing for the center belts? I assume they come through the seat base somewhere, but it isn't obvious to me where. PUI covers don't have an existing provisions so I assume I need to make one somewhere in the region in the picture. Thanks!

Do you have the plastic sleeves for the seat belts? Here's pictures of a 1968 bench seat with the armrest, it has one sleeve still installed.

Thanks for the pics. No, I don't have sleeves. If I did, where do they come through on the front side?

This does not show the plastic sleeves installed but shows the holes in old seat cover.
