1969 cutlass dash top removal

Whoops! first let me say welcome to the site!
I believe you'll have to remove the complete dash assembly then remove the pad from it. Check out this thread, it discusses it and has a link to my photobucket site with pictures of the back of the dash. Let me know if you have any problems or questions after you check it out. John
