1953 oldsmobile trim code help
I am trying to find out what the interior upholstery colors were on my 1953 oldsmobile 88 rocket 4dr. the exterior paint No 72 is which I learned is turquoise, but what was the color or colors of the seats and carpet? Here is a picture of the trim codes plackard on my engine well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. What do the different codes mean ? Is there a site that tells me? Specifically I would like to know what Trim No 61 is and what TOP ACC.P is Thanks in advance.

Trim number 61 is a light gray pattern cloth used on closed Deluxe 88 models.
You might try SMS auto fabics for material;

I took some pictures on my body tag and shop manual, paint No 72 is not listed.. but apparently you have it so it might be an early book and a late car??
Nothing was listed about trim codes but as you can see on my 53 (S88 holiday coupe) the trim code is 15 and its red on top and Lt gray on the lower half.
I’m also curious on what the last line Top ACC XXX means, could anyone out there help us?

Thanks for the help with the interior color, so code 61 means light grey for everything seats, carpet, door panels? Also I figured that ACC was for accessory but what does the P following ACC mean? Again thanks for all the information so far I truley appreciate it.

(deluxe ) 88 model may have had rubber mats as standard with carpet optional.
You may want to inquire of SMS fabrics. They should be able to tell you about what is needed for an authentic restoration , as well as supply the necessary materials.

Thanks so much for the color help. Now I have a few other questions that hopefully I can get some assistance on. Where can I get aftermarket front and rear bumpers. Mine are a bit rough. Would it be better to re-chrome, or replace and if so where? Also I need a drive shaft the motor and trany were both rebuilt so im good there, but have no drive shaft any suggestions would be appreciated.
