Transmission 1983 HO

The correct trans in an HO should be a 200 4R correct? Not sure if the pan gasket or filter is different for a 200 series but figured Id ask. Parts store Im sure will. Thanks

100% beyond a shadow of a doubt.

1983 stock transmission was indeed the TH200-4R. Code "OZ" for 1983-85 VIN 9 cars. They hadn't started putting them in G-bodies as the norm then, until 1984. So they had to add an extension on the driver frame rail to bolt the 200-4R crossmember into the H/O cars. Only G-bodies in 1983 to get that treatment.
