I tried on 1920 era 6 cylinder engines no definitive answer.Don't you have a dip stick to check? Flat six engines back then are hard to find info on. A guess from a 30's dodge is 5 QTs

For now, what I would do is fill the oil until it reads full on the dipstick and note. For the coolant, I would premix your antifreeze and water to desired percentage and then fill and also note quantity.

Flush and fill is an option, just seeing if someone already has the answer. I want to use the Evans waterless coolant but don't want to overbuy at $45 a gallon.

I think Evans might be expensive long term. I dare say an engine that old will routinely use oil and water. Not because there is anything wrong with it, it's what engines of that era did.
It wasn't that long ago that cars with some miles behind them regularly needed a drop more oil and water with every tank of gas. And the tire pressures would probably need topping up too.

Roger.
