I have an Olds cutlass with the Jetaway trans and not sure how the plug on the driver side of the trans disconnects. I've tried turning stop to stop and pulling but to no avail. Any ideas?

 

I haven't removed one from a 1964, but every other one I've seen plugged straight in, with either 1 or 2 forks coming out of the transmission. So you should be able to pull it straight off. I do have a 1964 parts car, if nobody else replys I'll try to look at it and see how it attaches. John
