1964 olds cutlass 330 4v

Does anybody know this part or its possible GM part #? 1964 olds cutlass radiator top plate had black tape that went over the cut outs at the end of the plate I think to deflect air to radiator I'm looking for what it was called or the part number it kinda looked like vinyl tape of some sort
Need Ur help please

Actually, I believe the tape was made of an aluminum foil tape and was a decal related to coolant system servicing. I seem to recall seeing one un painted, just don’t remember where. I think any aluminum foil decal with proper dimension or enough size could be cut to fit and then sprayed chassis black...

I believe JATA is correct it was a decal. Fusicks has one that has an arrow and the word FAN for 64 - 65.

That's interesting actually remarkable I never thought of it as a decal or of foil
it definitely makes sense I remember this always being Black from the factory when Mom got the car - foil makes sense given the heat of the engine especially basically on top of the radiator
One last thing anybody if U come across a GM part number from a obscure print please let me know
