So I am having trouble finding stone shields for my 69-98 convertible and from what I know the 70-98 and 69-88's are not the same. I have the service manual for 1969 and it shows the same setup that I have , the stone shields are plastic and go from the nose to the headlight support (also plastic) . The headlight support has the stone shield built into it and this is what seems to set it apart as the other stone shields I have seen go all the way across underneath the headlights. Does anyone know if this is the only year 98 that will fit and also the only model Oldsmobile that will work?
