the secondairys on my carb dont open at full throttle any ideas

 

How do you know this? Also, what kind of carb is this?

If it's a Qjet and you are simply revving the engine in park the secondary air valves (which are NOT the secondary throttle blades) will just barely open. They are designed to open in response to demand, and there is little demand in park.

 

i rev it in neutral and they dont i look down the throat it looks like theres no gas and it just has no power at all, it sputters a 30 then 45 when i tromp on it
