I know the factory Assembly Manuals exist for the 1973-1976 Cutlass years. Does anyone know if there's a 1977 Cutlass Assembly Manual out there anywhere, if at all?

Granted, the '76 Assembly Manual will work for the majority of the '77 assembly process but there are some specific '77 only factory parts, numbers, and detailing items that I need to identify and locate.

No Sir, that's the Chassis Service Manual and Fisher Body Service Manual, I have those.

The Assembly Manual is a completely different manual. It could possibly resemble the one in this photo or look completely different. I don't know...

 

Just met someone who has some fisher body manuals for 30.00 each. I bought one for 72. Multiple years. He may have a 77 if it did not sell yet. Obviously you would have to pay shipping. I can check with him if you need me too. Oops I type too slow never mind, you got these already.

I've attached a photo of my '76 Cutlass Assembly Manual and it's the closest thing I have for now to disassemble and reassemble my '77 Cutlass the "factory correct" GM way...until I get to the '77 only parts.

Thus, my search for an Assembly Manual for '77.

I am searching for a 1977 Cutlass Assembly Manual too. I can find every other year except for 1977. Did you ever locate a 77 Cutlass Assembly Manual? I went ahead and ordered a 76 Assembly Manual for the time being.
