OK what is this?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/151223860651...S:1123&vxp=mtr

Sure, "IT WAS" on a 70 442. I can put a Kmart chrome air cleaner on my '68 and the "it was" on a '68 W30.

I see:
2 snouts with holes thru to air cleaner
1-pc snout ends like a '68 442, not added flare like '68 Cutlass
smooth round curve where snout meets base wall- like factory done
only one snout has the hot air tube attach underside.
'68 type pcv filter in the housing, RH ["wrong"] side.
Snouts are about 90 degrees apart
snouts are longish and slimmish
Thermacs are near the base, like '68 only air cleaners.

Maybe it's a Corvette or similar air cleaner?

It looks a lot like the GTO air cleaner that I put on my first 68 442 back in the early 1970s (when you could still find an air cleaner like this in a wrecking yard).
