washer bottle screws
#2
If someone with a 66 or 67 can tell me what size screw is used I probably have new ones here. Could send them for alot less than a repro vendor that may have a minimum shipping charge.
Are they possibly 1/4" thread size screws??? (ie - same size as used on 68 and later plastic water bottles)...anyone?

A couple ways to find out....find another 1/4 sheet metal type screw (the threads are "coarse" like shown in the pic nicks66 posted above) and see if it wants to thread into one of the holes/tabs in your washer bottle (I'm assuming your washer bottle already has the hole in each tab). If so, then a 1/4" screw will work. Somewhere in your engine compartment there should be another 1/4" screw....3 of them hold the voltage regulator on the firewall for example.
I have the screws nicks66 shows...5/8" thread length AND I also have them in 1/2" and 3/4" thread length. If you want 3 then PM me and we can deal with it. Should fit easily in a small padded envelope and ship via USPostal for low $.
