Yes, that's the style it reminded me of but this is a later version. It has clearanced rear for HEI distributor, the short snorkel has more of a lip, the longer snorkel has no lip and possibly took a ducting hose??
It's not mine but one for sale, the guy didn't know what it was and I went to tell him and then realised it was slightly different to what I thought. The poor pics are from the ad. I've updated my first post, for some reason it only showed one pic and was tiny. I'm not sure why it is doubling the images, did that in my other posts also.

Olds used that same lid up through mid-86, and was chromed on an 80s H/O or 85/early 86 442 (I guess they borrowed that from the Corvettes) but that is NOT an Olds air cleaner (they went to a flatter top air cleaner lid mid-86 with no "bead"). Also, the main inlet would be on the left side and the mini-snorkel would be 180 degrees out facing the HVAC Evaporator housing if it were an Olds VIN 9 style air cleaner.
Resembles something that Chevy or Pontiac may have tried. Likely off a SBC of some sort is my guess. I don't keep up with their junk at all.
So once upon a time a made a dual snorkel air cleaner out of two 425 Starfire air cleaners and after all the work make it look like the real deal never a cured to me that the lid height was higher than the 64 F-85 . Once I put my master piece on the 64- no hood clearance!
The flange on the end of the short side doesn't resemble an Olds short snorkel based on the 70-72 link or the 74/75(?) version. Also the underside of the short snorkel looks different than any I have seen.
