Does anyone out there know how much tire and wheel width I can stuff into a stock rear wheelwell on a 70 vista cruiser without rubbing issues. I have 15x8s on the rear of my 70 442 with 275 60 15 tires and there is plenty of room to spare. So the question is.. are they the same well or is there more space or less?

 

Why not take one of the wheels off your 442 and try it on the Vista? Keep in mind that wheel offset is important. 15x8 is not a stock Olds wheel, so we have no idea what offset your wheels have.
