Are there different drivers doors for the 69 cutlass?

Being a '69 it had to have a driver's side mirror of some kind, that was mandated by federal law starting on 1-1-68.
I thought they all had the larger mirror mounting keyhole of the two in the front for the remote cable no matter what mirror you had?
The assembly manual shows the large keyhole for both type mirrors and nothing else.
Or is it the Hurst/Olds that is the oddity with no mirror keyholes in the door and screwed on sport mirrors?..that sure ain't a '69 Cutlass.
