For those who have the Speed Hut GPS Speedometer....where did you mount the sensor? The instructions suggest the roof, but I am inclined to mount it on the front of the dash at the base of the windshield inside the car. Any issues with this?

 

Exactly where I mounted mine. Had the gauges for about 5 years, no problems. Of course, I need to leave the garage before it locates a satellite and begins to operate.

 

Thanks! That's just what I had in mind. Wanted to be sure it would work well that way.

 

I have an Autometer GPS speedo and mounted the antenna similarly as shown.
