I know the one on the bottom is 70-72 maybe 69 also but is the one on top a 68 only? or something else?

The one on top is 73-77. The easy way to tell is that the 73-77 have a fixed **** and you pull up on the finger grips. The 67-72 have a fixed finger grip and you push down on the ****. Of course, the straight line shifter gate also gives it away.
