Re pop trim ( 1972 cutlass)

Guys and gals. A point in my life has been reached where I can no longer stand not having window trim. I saw that opgi has reproduction window trim for the front and rear. has anyone had any experience with it. I don't expect perfection but as a bodyman by trade do expect some manipulation to be expected for a nice fit. BIG question is how big is that manipulation if that makes sense.

I plan on doing an interior too. 2 things my car has never really had. I think its time. Ever since last years repaint the itch to make this thing complete has been big.

I have always bought used trim, and wet sand any scratches out, then buff out with power buffer ( look like new, and fit right ) but that is for stainless trim, don't think it works well on aluminum .

Take your car to Indy and see if you can talk Packrat into installing it for you for a case of beer!

Currently between engines . Just yanked out the old engine ( which is sold ) and waiting to install the new one. I want to do trim and interior before I redo the brakes and lines and then the new engine can go in . The olds will sit most of the summer but my Pontiac Bonneville needs a little TLC and the finance has been bugging me to drive it. I want her to get feet wet at drag racing so the big barge is perfect for her to get the hang of things.
