Parts Help Needed

I am looking for the nut that holds the hood bumper to the cowl. I have the bumper and the screw, but not the nut that fits into the square hole. Must be some kind of captive nut. I can't seem to find it anywhere in my parts bags, so I must have lost it. I certainly would not have thrown it out.

Is there a supplier that carries these? I have searched with no luck.

Its probably a pretty standard GM part. Most likely the same that is on my Chevelle. You could try AMK. They have a lot of that type of stuff.
https://www.amkproducts.com/ I am going out in the garage after lunch. I will see if the Assembly Manual has a GM part number.

Thanks all. I ended up using a small square of sheetmetal larger than the square hole and installed a rivet nut. Seems to be solid.
