Does anyone have a copy of Oldsmbile in Action Vol. 1?

If so, could you look for a phrase in it about cooling system info, I believe in the it says something about Olds engines with Heavy Duty cooling used a smaller diameter water pump empeller to slow the coolant flow down to get more heat heat from the engine and hence cool better.

1. Scan this part of the magazine.

2. at least write out the exact working of this info in a reply to this post. OR am I full of balonie..
