I contacted Arnold’s Classic Cars and Parts in Arkansas and he has some molding from a 1961 Olds 88 and a 1961 Olds super 88, he does not have any from a 1961 Olds 98.


What he has suggested is that I ask around to see if any of you have any of the old parts books for these cars to see if either of the moldings that he has match up to the 1961 Olds 98.

I have a 1963 Olds master parts book. It covers 1961 also.
I need to know which moulding you are referring to .
I have attached pictures of the 61 Olds 98 .
Please tell me the number that is pointed out in the picture , and I can tell you what models it fits.

I'm sorry but these mouldings will only fit the 98 models' and only 1961 .
They will fit all three models of the 4 door , the town sedan, holiday sedan , and sport sedan. They will fit either right or left side .
Part numbers are ;
Front door 4830192 (upper) and 4830194 (lower)
Rear door 4830195 (upper) and 4830197 (lower)
