How do you remove the buttons and ***** every time I try to turn the button it acts like to spring loaded and wants to turn back so not sure what to do anyone?

 

not sure if you got my PM. you have to unscrew the buttons first then unscrew the *****. the buttons are screwed onto some kind of spring steal wire. it will feel like they don't want to come off but you just have to turn them hard enough to overcome the spring of the wire. just remember to go the right way. i am sure you know what way to go but just to be sure, while looking down at the buttons you will turn it counter clockwise. i don't know any other way to do it. i was always worried that i was going to brake the wire but they never did.
