Installing automatic floor shifter in 64 Cutlass

1964 Cutlass I have the t handle shifter to convert my column shift automatic to the console. Does anyone have a diagram on where to open up the floor for the shifter? Any help appreciated.

should be dimples in the floor pan for us monkeys on the line to drill and cut out

Nope no dimples or markings to be found.
