Hi guys I just found this ball sitting on a shelf in.my garage, I'm not sure if it's a dual gate ball or lightning shifter ball I've had both and it's been sitting 10 plus years so who knows, I'm going 2 try 2 attach photos with measurements, thank you

I can't get any more photos 2 upload it's dark grey with a couple darker swirls, it measures a lil under 2 inches, thanks guys

 

Dual gate bob as I almost taught I taw a puddy tat....or thread in th hole...its black ...& thats what th voices are tellin me....I am tellin him you hush...when big folks talkin !

Lightning Rod **** would have a brass insert in the lower section and a hole all the way through them. Dualgate **** had the plastic threads. Both made by Dakaware in Chicago. And if original, that info should be cast into the bottom around the ball center hole. They were originally black, so if yours is gray, it's got miles on it and faded. It's very hard to restore the original finish on these ***** once they go south.

 

Thank you 4 the info I ended up just throwing it in box of parts, it will most likely be there another 10 years, lol
