help

I'm a new booty to thjs site and not sure where to ask questions so I'm starting here. I havev70 supream and wondering if anyone can tell me what size bolts I need and the points to pull my 350 out I have the hoist chain and the front clip is removed it will b easy just need to what bolts and location to put them can anyone help me with this.

Thanks a lot that pic is worth a thousand words. I have 1 chain do u think I can go across the engine at 2 and 7 the trans is coming out too.

You're welcome! The whole manual is a great help! Check out wildaboutcars.com I'm pretty sure they have one available for your car, too...for FREE!

Do you pull the engine out together with the trans, or the engine alone?
Honestly I think 1 chain would be enough if you just pull the engine, but to be on the safe side, better order another chain! Better be safe than sorry

Pulling both out but I can wait on trans ill probly just un bolt it and take engine alone to start rebuilding want engine out and on stand by morning I'm check out tge site now

Will do its a big project but bought the car for 300 bucs but Im different I like cars that people think will never restored. But wen I do post them where do I post them I have no idea just joined yestersay

I hear ya! The bigger the project the prouder you are when it's finished!
Just open a thread in the Major builds and projects forum.
If you want to add pictures, scroll down and press the manage attachments button. There is a size limit on pictures!
There is also a possibility to upload a picture directly into the thread from an online account like photobucket and flickr, but I have never done that!

Thanks dancutlass engine is out. All I need to do now is get the bolts for engine stand tomm. Pic r cumin soon.
