GM key cutter

Is there anyone out there with one of those GM key cutters that you can make a key from a blank using the lock cylinder code? I need keys for lock cylinders for my 69. One code is 2K99. Years ago Dealers had these cutters?
anyone know?

Yes Joe Padavano has one, he made a key for me. It worked perfect.
