This is 1978 Delta 88 related.

I'm deciding on whether to buy a 78 Delta 88. I'm adding up some modifications and need an answer to one question.

At one time I bought a pair of "extra high lift" coil springs for my 77 Cutlass. These were from JCWhitney. I LOVED the ride height and since I had air shocks in the back I was able to level the whole car.

Now, when I look at the list of cars that these springs fit, all I see (for my use) is the Cutlass. If I were to order a pair for a 78 Cutlass would they fit on a 78 88?

They should go right in.
Cutlass and delta 88 should both have 4" inner diameter springs.
