Fastenal can be your best friend.

 

As well as AMK Products (www.amkproducts.com), particularly if you have quantity orders. The AMK catalog even has a cross reference to some of the old GM part numbers. If yours isn't there (and I checked all of your numbers and they aren't there), they have actual size pictures of each type of fastener in their catalog that you can compare what you have against what is available and go from there.

Try restoration specialties in Pennsylvania. I also had luck matching things up between a body shop supply store and my local body shop looking through their fastener drawers.
