hi i have no idea where to buy the doorand trunk insulation for a 77 cutlass. I think the window and trunk would take different sizes.

also wasnt there a piece of trim at the rear panel both sides just before the rear wheels . I dont know what its called.

Last question is anyone knows a delco radio repair shop. I had mine tested and the installer said its dead but i would like to fix or replace it with another delco wonderbar.

I can't help you out on the radio repair or the trim pieces, The door, trunk and window sweeps are all available through many part sources.
I got mine through Fusick for my 76, however, the parts place and Original parts group also carries it.
