Do i Need a Harmonic Balancer??

Is a Harmonic Balancer a important on a low budget build.
i have a 350 bored .030 over and a big cam and ported heads. it has forged internals and edelbrock intake and holley 750 double pump. Right now it has a stock balancer. WILL THAT BE FINE. Thanks for reading and let me know?

I would recommend a GOOD balancer---it sound like you have a pretty good combo. so why chance hurting anything? There are some deals on ebay if you keep diggiing around and do some comparisons. I really wouldn't suggest buying a used one--if you don't plan to race you can probably gety a decent, new part in the $100.00 price range. It would be a "CHEAP' insurance policy---after all that balancer is there for a reason; not just to bolt your pulleys to.
