What are the differences between 1969 & 1970 A-body upper cowl panel? My 68 has some rust in this area and I see vendors stating the lower cost 1970-72 panel will substitute for the 1968-69 panel. But, they don't say what is different so I have no idea if it will cause more problems than it is worth.
