Can anyone tell me if this is an original cutlass rim or just a cheap aftermarket?

 

That style chrome 14" SuperStock wheel was first used in 1984 and is definitely not original to the car it is currently on. The factory chrome SuperStock wheels had black-painted highlights, but that black paint can be removed. Whether this particular rim is a factory or aftermarket part can't really be determined from this photo alone.
