Cowl tag help

Smile Cowl tag help

If anyone can help me with my tag I would be greatful! I bought this car in Bar harbor Maine sat in a barn for 20 years.1970 Olds Cutlass Supreme convertiable.I no the transmission is original but have not checked numbers on motor yet.Im trying to get it back on the road.The motor runs great and it has a 12 bolt rearend.This is what I found on the tag,St 70-342c7 e2015 2 bdy pnt 997 and 041under 997.ka4007a.Again thanks for any and all help.The 71 hardtop in the picture is gone.I sold it last June to buy my wife a camper,I no,Ino!!!!

I believe the k = w as in WA4007 which is the GM paint code for a special order color Rallye Red. The A next to that represents the drop top color which in this case was white. Any documentation with the car? Great score by the way

ALWAYS better to post a photo of the cowl tag rather than to try to transcribe it. The number of times a number or letter has been misread in the translation is too high to count.
