Clutch to flywheel bolts

Need to replace the clutch to flywheel bolts on my 65 442. The original bolts had a shoulder on them. The replacement bolts from Motorcity were threaded all the way. Would there be a problem with these? They said they were as originals.

The purpose of the shoulder, as on Mr. Gasket bolts, is to positively locate the pressure plate for balance. The shoulder fits snugly into the holes in the plate and flywheel.

If you care to go for the extra money, have both the flywheel and the pressure plate balanced as a unit. Many times, after both have been surfaced, the balance is off, enough to cause you a vibration. It is a lot easier to do it now, then to have to take it apart later on due to a vibration that you can't seem to figure out.
