This corner is marked as a jacking point. Am I able to place one side of the jackside arms inside the cutout or is it too weak to support the car there?

 

I wouldn't place the jack stand to try and hook into the hole. I'd jack the front of the car using the cross member and place the jack stand just forward of where the floor jack is now.

 

Thanks. I just didn't know how safe back I can go with the jack.

 

Your frame has a boxed portion at the corner then transitions to an open "C" channel just rearward of where you have the jack, so no, you do not want to move the jack any further rearward. What you want to do is put the jack under the center of the front crossmember, coming in from the front of the car, and then you can place the jackstands where the jack is now.
