I have never been a full-time certified automotive mechanic. I have worked on many of my own engines & those of my friends over the past 50 years. If you are or have been a professional automotive mechanic, you aren't going to find this information informative; but, for the average "motor-head" seeking to gain (or claims to have gained) any performance increase of an engine, this is probably the best layman's explanation of the importance of camshaft selection I have ever seen. The two videos are ~40' each, but well worth your time in developing an understanding of camshaft selection, camshaft lift, head flow, duration and the meaningful relationship(s) to performance output. Well worth anyone's time, IMO.
