Question build sheet locations?

I recently bought a 1965 Olds Jetstar 88 Convertible off of Ebay. The car had the engine pulled in 1971 along with the front sheet metal. It then sat in that garage until last summer. The original owner passed away and his family had someone clean out the house and garage. They gave him this car for part of the work he did. I then bought it from him.
I was going to rebuild the 330 until Coppercutlass offered me a 350 shortblock that he had.
The car is light blue metallic with a blue interior. The top is blue as well and needs to be replaced. So far I have not found anyone that offers a light blue convertible replacement top.
Before going any further with this car, I would like to find the build sheet, if it is there. Does anyone know where the line workers typically put the line sheets or build sheets in these cars? I am not sure where the car was built. I had originally bought the car to get it running, replace the top and then sell it to make a few bucks. I won a shop and I pick up projects needing work so that when it is slow we can bring in a project, go through it, and then sell it for what we paid for it with out parts and labor at retail.
The problem is with this car the more I look at it, the more I want to keep it. I do not have a car that I can take to a show or just drive around in a little style. This car has style. It is subtle but definitely has unique styling cues like the eyebrows that flow from the hood to the fenders. I can just hear that Olds engine with dual exhaust, maybe Cherry Bomb glass packs like I had on my 70 Cutlass 442 back in 1977!
Any info would be much appreciated.

Yeah, in the trash can next to the assembly line.

Unfortunately, most Oldsmobiles do not have the build sheet in the car. I've owned about two dozen Oldsmobiles, and so far I've found exactly one build sheet. It was in a Framingham-built Cutlass, on top of the gas tank. Sheets have been found under the back seat, in the front seat, in the doors, in the rear quarters, under the carpet, and under the package shelf.

You are more likely to find a Fisher Body broadcast card instead of a build sheet.
