Lightbulb 70 442 Frame Stamping Found Today While Sanding - What Is It For?

This was buried below a lot of rust on the frame - facing to the front of the car, about an inch to the right of the pocket where the right upper control arm attaches to the frame. Anyone know what it signifies? Looks like a - 20 inside a circle.

I have had several frames blasted over the years and never seen this before. I wonder if it was a stamping from the steel supplier. Maybe stamped before the steel was ever sent to GM? Just a guess...

Maybe our frames are undersized? Anyone have a -30 frame out there?

Anyone know what it signifies?

Note for shims required for perfection perhaps?

Temperature the day the frame was made?

Let's see the VIN stamp and its general location!
