‘69 Convertible Frame Sagging

I just got a 1969 Cutlass S convt. The side frames sag in the middle so the door won’t close when the window is up. I understand there is a process of how to adjust these. Could someone point me to a manual which describes this process?

also from the pictures does it seem like something that is fixable. I need a new top and am try to get this figured out before I head in that direction.

Thanks

Get a paper original, not a reprint or PDF. The info is in Section 13.

By 1971 'Folding Top' became Section 12. Get the paper edition 1969 Fisher Body Service Manual as Joe stated.
