68 cutlass hood differences (frame)
Is the 68 flat hood frame identical to the louvered hood frame? Has anyone tried to re-skin a flat hood with a good louvered skin? Tips or suggestions would be great.

Reskin? Were are you getting a raised 68 hood skin that isn't already attached to a frame?

The frame is tweeked and rusted. I think the skin is good enough to re-use. Around here, good raised hoods are offered for more money than I have.
