1969 Wheels?

For a 69 442 W30 are steel wheels/dog dish standard. SS1 and SS2 are options?
My car does not have the clips holding the lug wrench.

Yes on your standard and wheel option questions. From about April 1969 to the end of the production year SSI wheels were even available for disc brake cars.

Replacement clips are available through Fusick. See their on-line catalog at www.fusick.com.

the ss1 for 69 is unique in that it is 14/6 instead of the 70-72 14/7 type.

That statement also applies to the 1968-69 SSII wheels.

FYI, here is the factory information. Base equipment, even with W-30, was 14x6JJ steel wheels and hubcaps (as opposed to wheel discs). RPO PO1 and PO2 wheel discs, N95 wire covers, PO5 SSI wheels, and N6 SSII wheels were all optional.
