1968 door window channel removal

1968 door window channel removal
I am restoring my 1968 Cutlass Convert. I removed the door glass and am trying to remove the channel from the window. Part of the channel came off the window and I cannot press it back on. Is there a special tool to remove the channel and to re-install it. I cannot remove the washer and bolt.
