Morning all, I searched but did not see, looking for a hood hinge diagram showing the spacers etc........thank you in advance.

Its been a while since I pulled hood hinges off a 1968. But the only spacer I can think of on hood hinges is the really thick one on the rear bolts between the hinge and the hood. No spacers between the hinge and fender.

Those are the ones I'm referring too, The olds ones I have are kind of domed on one side, wondering if that faces up or down??????

I don't think it matters. But let's see what the 1968 guru's say.

I have a '68 and a '69. In both cases, the flatter side of the washer is towards the hood and the opening is towards the front of the car.
