I have a 1968 olds 350 block. I can't confirm the extra engine stamp. I have not found any photos online like the one i have.I have been told it may be an experimental piece.
This block is in excellent condition.This stamp appears to be "EB or ED followed by 17735.Can anyone confirm for me what this means or the value ? 1968 350 olds 1968 350 olds
Don't know about the lower stamp; but, the VIN Derivative signifies:
Division = 3 = Oldsmobile
Year = 8 = 1968
Plant = M = Lansing
Last six digits of VIN of car motor originally came in (original car's sequential production number) = 308341
