My '66 442 decklid came freshly painted with all of the trim holes welded closed and smoothed over. I can not see where it was filled from the backside to drill it out. Can anyone recommend a document (or template) for marking the correct holes for the rocket emblem, the 442 badge and the black Oldsmobile pot metal trim on the trunk lid?

I don't know of one, but Cutlass used the same piercings as 4-4-2 on the truck lid; F85 was different. Look through the holes in the inner panel for the welded up holes.
