4D= build date 4th week of April (D) 1964
64-3667= 1964 Starfire (3600 series) convertible (67 is Fisher body code for convertible)
BL 735= 735th convert body produced at Lansing MI fisher Body plant
H= Bermuda Blue A= white convertible top

I'll have to double check the interior trim code when I get home to my parts books. Silver blue would be common with that exterior color and roof. In 1964 the bolsters on the seats are leather. The side skirts and seat facings (pleated part) are vinyl.

Just verified the interior code against my book and 333L is metallic blue leather. Buckets and console with tach are standard equipment in Starfire and no bench seat option until 1966.

All seat belts were still extra-cost option in 1964 and could be ordered as front-only or front and rear, as well as dealer installed. Belts were available as standard (plain plastic flip-up buckle) or deluxe (chrome flip-up buckle with Olds emblem). Eberhart is the belt manufacturer. Brown and Firestone also supplied seat belts to Olds and GM.

8= 8 cylinder (394)
6= Starfire
4= 1964 model year
L= Linden New Jersey assembly plant
057311= car serial number

You'd have to go thru motor vehicle departments in all the states the car's ever been registered in to find out its history, and any more they aren't much help because of privacy laws.
