I have posted that I want 425 flat top pistons in .040 oversize. I get a PM from CARGUESTAUTOPARTS, yes that is spelled correctly that they have a set. paypal only and shipped UPS. I'm suspect of that name and that they paypal only. Most legit businesses will accept other means of payment.

 

Tried to google it nothing!Bogus company!!

 

Ask them for their mailing address.

In the unlikely event that they give it to you, then ask them for a photo of the pistons in front of the building's address number.

I would definitely want to see more information on this individual / business before proceeding with any transaction..... Especially since she only joined in order to send you a PM and never made any post to represent herself or the business, if there is one............

 

You are right, I transposed the name. From the wording of some of the PM's I suspect they are from somewhere other than the USA.

 

They contacted me as well for a posi carrier. I checked with car quest auto parts and with advanced auto parts who owns car quest and also with eaton on the parts numbers they provided. All bogus.
