1949 Olds 88 Value

I have a possibility of getting a '49 Olds in trade for one of my cars. This Rocket 88 is totally immacualte in and out, like perfect in every respect. What would something like this be worth, as I have no idea and do not want to get ripped in the deal. Any thoughts? thanks jd e-mail: fullscalemodels@sbcglobal.net (831) 375-7363

I would say it depends on what you think. If you really want the car, it may be worth what you want to pay.You can check on line and get some ideas. Is the car a 2 dr or 4 dr? What are you wanting to trade to that person?

'49 Olds Rocket 88 Two Door Hard top

The car is a two door hard top, its like a teal blue color. Is that a stock color? What do you think is a range of value based on a mint fully over-restored condition? Thanks for the help. jd

Hardtop = Hardtop Convertible = Holiday.

'49 Holiday was 98 only. 88 Holiday was not available until '50.

That crest blue might be what color his car is, maybe.
